 Some symptoms of a residential water leak are water protrusion from slab or ground, noise of running water in walls or at fixtures, hot spot on flooring, consistent water meter movement, high water bill, or foundation movement.
Pressure water leaks are located using state of the art electronic listening devices and line locating equipment. We are able to pressure test the entire domestic water system and pin-point any water pipe damage within the system.
Once the sub-slab fresh water leak has been pin-pointed, the leaking pipe is exposed and repaired using traditional methods of excavation (slab penetration or tunnel). Our expertise fixing slab leaks and years of experience with these types of repairs are shown through the clean, thorough and timely manner in which we conduct ourselves on every job, big and small.
Work areas are kept safe and clean through entire repair process. Hand-dug tunnels and slab penetration accesses are properly backfilled and restored. All jobs are done to proposed specifications at a fixed cost. All work is tested and comes with 1-10 year warranty upon completion of job.
